Mermaid shot by Dynamite Dames on one of their trips to Kansas City. This was shot at the studio of Vixen Pin up Photography. Hair by Vintage Flair, Makeup by the Candy Shop. This shoot was a dream come true for me. Growing up, my life’s dream was to become a mermaid. This shoot really did make me feel magical.

Retro Kitchen shot by Varga Photography on one of their trips to Kansas City. This was shot at the studio of Vixen Pinup Photography. They have the best kitchen ever! Hair by Portia Lynn Dahl, makeup by Nikkie Moreno Whipple of Vixen, dress from Retro Vixen

Halloween pin up shot by Vixen Pin up Photography, shot at their studio in Merriam, KS. The set was created by the ladies, makeup by the Candy Shop, hair by Vintage Flair. This was part of a zombie set, but I absolute love these unedited shots. I had so much fun with this shoot

How long have you been modeling/enjoying photography? I have been interested in photography since I was in high school. Photography has been a big part of life, and I almost always have a camera with me. I have always been really into creating fun photos that showcase a person’s personality. I went through a phase in high school taking pics of myself and others in fairy wings. This phase apparently hasn’t ended, as I immediately signed up when Vixen offered a fairy photo shoot.  I started in the world of pin up modeling in January 2011. It is so much fun and has made me feel so confident, and amazing. I can’t even really put into words the way it has made me feel. I have had so much fun since I started this hobby.

Who are your favorite Pinup Models? Past or present inspiration? My favorite pin up models are Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page, Bernie Dexter, Katty De Lux, Mosh. I love different things about each of these models and use those to inspire me. I try to maintain my own style and have fun with my shoots.

What is some of your favorite clothing lines? Favorite Designers? Lux de Ville handbags, Sara USA, Hell Bunny, Monkey Wrench Clothing,

If you could shoot with any photographer, past or present, who would it be? I have shot with some amazing photographers already, Dynamite Dames, Vixen Pinup Photography, and Varga Photography. All are amazing in their own ways. I would love to just shoot with other photographers to see what we can create. It is always amazing to see the unique work of art that is created with the combined talents of each person involved. I’d love to shoot with all of the above again. I already have my next shoots booked with Dynamite and Vixen. But I can’t wait to meet and work with other amazing photographers.

What is your favorite color and why? My favorite color is turquoise, it’s such a fun color and matches well with most other colors.

If you could have dinner with anyone, living or dead who would it be? Stan Lee is an amazing man and is responsible for so many awesome comic books. He has been such a huge part of my life since my dad used to own a comic book store. I also have spent many nights playing “where’s Stan Lee” while watching Marvel movies.

How did you get your model name? I am a huge comic book nerd (as shown by the last question), and Rogue of Xmen is my favorite female character. She is very powerful, open minded, strong willed and at the same very innocent and full of heart. She is an amazing woman.
